Our Vision, Values & Rights

“Shaping Lives; Building Futures”

"My ambition for ALL of our children is that they can become the best that they can be - to fulfil their potential and achieve all of their aspirations.  I want Napier to be a school where every child comes to school 'buzzing' with excitement and that they still retain that level of excitement when they leave school following a day full of learning and progress"

(Mr C Apps - Headteacher - September 2016)

Our Vision

“We will encourage ambition for all of our children so that they can become the best that they can be.  We will help them to develop into the future local, national and global citizens of the future.  Our vision is for every child to be full of with excitement and curiosity when they come into school and also when they leave school following a day full of learning.”

Our ‘REFLECT’ school values are:

Respect, by valuing the rights and property of others

Equality, by valuing diversity and the achievements of others

Friendship, by showing consideration to others

Leadership, by understanding that we are all leaders of our own learning

Enjoyment, through active involvement in school life and making the most of our opportunities

Contribution, by working together appropriately to achieve our aims

Trust, by valuing honesty and developing confidence in ourselves and others to guide us on our journey together.
